Katalyst Capital invests nationwide in businesses with $500K to $7M in EBITDA. We invest in a wide range of industries with a primary focus on business services, training, infrastructure, and light industrial. We are buy-and-build investors, so consolidation opportunities where we can build a significant regional or national business around a platform company are particularly interesting to us.

While every investment is different, we look for companies that fit these parameters:

• An experienced and motivated management team
• A product or service that provides a high value to customers and has strong barriers to entry
• A diversified customer base and EBITDA margins over 10% within growing, sustainable industries
• Significant free cash flow, with low capex and working capital requirements
