In his role of Managing Partner of Katalyst Capital, Greg focuses on new deal diligence and special project work.

Greg currently serves as CEO of Kadens Family Holdings (KFH), the private family office behind Katalyst Capital, and is acting CFO of Azenity Labs, one of the Katalyst portfolio of companies. Prior to joining KFH, Greg founded and was the CEO of New Resource Solutions, a boutique investment advisory and software technology platform for solar projects. Prior to NRS, he helped grow solar developer and finance leader SoCore Energy from a seven-person, VC-backed start-up into an 80-person integrated developer/EPC firm.

Before getting his MBA/MS from the University of Michigan, Greg was the Canadian Dollar trader for JP Morgan in NY where he was a managed market-making and proprietary trading book for the investment bank. Greg holds a BA in economics from Bucknell University.
